Inviting your team members
Whether you are only just about to try Favro or if you are expanding existing teams, it is super easy to get your team members in. If you are in the trial stage, we recommend getting your team in as early as possible as Favro is all about collaboration and this is best done as a team.
Luckily, getting your team up and running in Favro is an easy three step process:
1. Open the menu by clicking your organization name in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Click Invite People to open the administration view
3. Add everyone on the team as a member and click send invites.
Managing your members
There are 4 types of members in Favro:
Guest
External Member

Member
Member has full access to create cards, boards, and collections. Make changes and edits on each of the levels. The only limitation comes from what the administrator prevents members from the administration menu.
Administrator
Has full access to create cards, boards, and collections. Make changes and edits on each of the levels. Can make administration-level changes from the Administration menu.
Disable/Enable members
In the Administration—Members menu, administrators can Enable/Disable members. This option prevents members from accessing Favro by freezing their accounts and leaving all the data available. It does not delete the member's account, and it can always be enabled so that the member can continue working.
Administrators can also remove members from the organization by fully deleting their accounts. If a user is added again with the same email it is introduced as a new member with no prior history of previous account.
Member Data
When members are disabled, all their data is still available for others if they have access to it. When the member is enabled, data can be reached and edited. A member also stays on the cards that they have been assigned to when disabled.
When a member is removed from the organization, only the private cards created in the My Cards menu that are not shared with anyone else are deleted from Favro. When removing a member, they are also removed from the assigned cards, information is only kept in the card acitivity feed. All other content is still available for other members or accessible by the administrator.
Now added your team to Favro and are one step closer to better planning and collaboration. Next, you should work together as a team and set up your first collection.
