If you want to invite external parties to your organization or to a specific collection you can invite them as guests. A guest user doesn't initially see anything in your organization or in a collection. You will have to decide on each individual collection if the guest user will have access or not. Guest users will not be able to add new widgets, new collections or turn on/turn off apps and integrations. If you're on the standard plan or higher you may have up to 5 guest users per full member.
1. How to invite guest users.
To invite a guest user to your organization click your avatar in the top right corner and go to Invite People.
Then enter the e-mail adress of the guest you would like to invite, click Add, mark them as guest in the dropdown menu beside the e-mail field and then click on Send all invites.
The guest user will then receive an e-mail that he/she has been invited to collaborate in a Favro organization.
To invite a guest to a specific collection, select Invite external guests... from the collection drop down menu.
In the following pop up, you simply add the email of the guest and send the invite.
The guest user will then receive an e-mail that he/she has been invited to collaborate in a Favro collection.
2. Who can invite guest users
As default only administrators are able to invite others members to your organization and the same goes for guest-users. However as an administrator you can change the settings so that Full Members can invite guest-users as well.
Click Administration in the avatar menu.
Under the Settings tab you can edit the permissions of inviting guest-users.
