The main feature of a board is Columns. You can have as many or as few as you want and they can represent a lot of different things: categories, workflow steps, pipeline stages or people. You will find an example on using boards for categories and workflow steps here.

In a board, you can add new columns and re-order them. If you click on a column name, you get the above menu. Here you can subscribe to a column, rename it, archive all the cards within the column or delete it entirely.

  • I seem to be having a problem scrolling horizontally so I can see all my columns. The only way I'm able to do that is to pick up a card and pull it to the right or left as if I was going to move it. I thought a scroll bar would appear at the bottom of the page, but that doesn't seem to be happening and I can't find any documentation on how to scroll right or left. (This also causes an issue when I want to add a column, because the "add column" option can't be seen unless I pretend I'm moving something over so I can see it. :)

  • Hi Kimberly, when hoovering with your mouse over the columns in your board you can scroll left/right with your mouse. The horizontal bar becomes visible at the bottom of your board when you scroll.
