A bug means something is not working properly, but sometimes there's simple things you can do to remedy the problem yourself. If these steps doesn't work, please contact the Customer Success Team!
Before reporting a bug we suggest that you try the following steps:
- Check your browser and make sure you are using the latest version. Favro works the best with the latest versions of each browser.
- Try to refresh the page, sometimes this will help resolve the problem.
- Try a different browser than the one you are currently using. If a different browser doesn’t help, try to clear your cache and cookies.
If you have done the above steps and the problem still persists you can contact us, use the in-app chat and try to be as descriptive as possible. It will help us a lot if we receive a lot of information (and preferably screenshots) from the beginning!
