BugSplat integration

Go to My profile - API Tokens and create a new API token. (save the token for later use)

1. On your main BugSplat screen go to ⚙️ - Integrations.

2. In the integration window choose Defect Trackers, in the list find Favro and press Integrate.

3. On the Favro integrations window fill in the Email and the API token (taken from Favro) fields and press Update.

4. The Organization field will appear after a successful update. Choose the Organization and and press Update again.

5. The Widget (Favro board) field will appear after a successful update choose the board name from the list and press Update again.

(Optionally enter comma-separated tags in the Tags field and click Update)

The integration has been setup, now you can push items/crashes from BugSplat to Favro.

1. Go to the Crashes or Crash Group page.

2. Select a crash and expand for more details. Find the Create Defect option and press it.

3. Fill in relevant details and press Submit.

You can find the created Favro card's link inside the details of the crash. Or by going to the Favro board.

In order for the crashes to be automatically created in Favro without manual push, you need to :

1. On your main BugSplat screen go to ⚙️ - Integrations.

2. Find the Favro integration and scroll down till you see the Auto-Create option.
