Modern browsers frequently release updates that increase capabilities and address security issues. Whenever you run into an issue with Favro, verify that your browser is up to date.

Unsupported browsers

If you use a different browser than any of the above, but which is currently being updated by its developer and has broad support for key features such as HTML5, CSS3 and the necessary Javascript features, you will likely not encounter any problems. They are however not supported; they receive no testing or security reviews. In the event that you run into any issues using unsupported browsers, we can't guarantee we will be able to help you.

Internet Explorer

On January 12, 2016, Microsoft officially ended their support for Internet Explorer versions 10 and older. No new updates or security fixes will be released. While Internet Explorer 11 will continue to receive security updates, we have determined that it is lagging significantly behind modern browsers in HTML compatibility and user experience, and we also believe that due to its age, still constitutes a significant target for malicious attacks. Therefore, Favro does not support Internet Explorer 11 or earlier.

Mobile users

Android and iPhone users should use the respective versions of the mobile app and not a mobile browser.
